Our service comprises the following elements:

FREE CONSULTATION - a free, and without obligation, detailed consultation to ascertain your specific requirements. Appointments can be arranged either at our premises or at a Central London location, whichever is more convenient for you. If for any reason a meeting is not possible, the consultation can be conducted over the telephone.

PROPERTY SEARCH - upon confirmation of our instruction, we undertake an extensive targeted property search. Drawing on our experience, we make sure you see the properties that best suit your requirements. In addition, we often receive advance notification of available properties before they come to the general market, thanks to our network of contacts.

SHORTLIST - we personally inspect those properties which potentially satisfy your requirements. We then provide you with a shortlist of the properties that most closely match your needs, together with the relevant estate agents' marketing particulars.

ACCOMPANIED INSPECTIONS - arrangements are made for you to inspect the short-listed properties, escorted by ourselves.

NEGOTIATION - in our capacity as your agent, we will negotiate the best possible rental/purchase price on your preferred property.

COMPLETION - we liaise with solicitors, utility companies and other professional bodies, as appropriate, so you benefit from our expertise right through to completion.
