How we work
Finding a property to buy or rent can be a time
consuming and emotionally draining business. But it needn't be.
With
Artemis Property Search you can find a new home - with the minimum of
inconvenience. We do all the hard work for you, searching for properties,
chasing agents and solicitors, negotiating the sale.
First of all,
Artemis Property Search works with you to gain a clear picture of your needs.
We then set about finding properties that come as close as possible to meeting
your criteria. You benefit from our network of contacts and the fact that we
frequently hear of properties before they come onto the market.
Once
you have selected a property, we negotiate the keenest price on your behalf and
can advise you on your choice of surveyors and solicitors, if required. We stay
pro-actively involved right through to completion.
When you become a client of Artemis Property
Search, we meet you to find out your requirements, preferences and tastes. This
would ideally be at your home, but does not have to be. If you are living
abroad, we will send you a questionnaire for you to fill in and follow this up
with a phone call.
Then we start your search. We view all properties
that meet your criteria for location, price, size and tenure. It is likely that
some of these properties will not currently be on the open market. We will then
draw up a shortlist for you to consider.
We view all properties
together at a time and date that suits you. As far as possible we'll answer any
questions you have and give you an entirely independent view on the property.
In our experience, clients find a property in the first or second set of
viewings.
Once you have chosen a property, we advise you on what
offer to make. We negotiate on your behalf, until your offer is accepted.
If required we can recommend professional advisors - for example
solicitors and surveyors - with whom we have had positive dealings in the past.
We oversee progress of your purchase, right through to completion.
If you are buying a property to rent, we offer
the same expert, comprehensive service as we do for people buying their own
home. We draw on our knowledge of the rental market to advise you on a
property's suitability for rental. |
